Q. Do you sell wholesale?

No, not at this time.




Q. How should I store my pretzels?

To maintain freshness and flavor, keep in a cool, dry place (ideal temperature, 65 degrees Fahrenheit). For best quality, do not freeze or refrigerate.




Q. I'm having a party/get-together. How many pretzels should I order per person?

A general rule of thumb is 1-2 pretzels per person, depending on what other desserts are being served.




Q. Do your products contain nuts?

NO, Here is a delightful treat for everyone.




Q. What if I place my order during the summer months or have it shipped to a warm climate?

When placing a gift basket order between March and September it must be shipped in a reusable styrofoam cooler with a reusable ice pack. If ordering individual pretzels between March and September it must be shipped in a reusable lunch tote with a reusable ice pack, both for an additional charge of $4.00 each. Due to the delicate nature of the chocolate, if the customer chooses not to ship this way, Drips and Drizzles cannot guarantee the shipment will arrive without melting.




Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are made fresh to order. Please order 2 weeks prior to your occasion allowing enough time for us to prepare your order.




Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.




Q. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.




Q. Do you have a catalogue you can send me?

No, we do not have a catalogue at this time.




Q. Do you ship Pretzel's to international destinations?

Currently, we only ship to addresses in the continental U.S. (no P.O. Box addresses). For packages to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for shipping information.




Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. Only in North Carolina.




Q. What is your return policy?

A. If for any reason you do not believe our chocolates are among the best you have ever tasted, simply return the rest of the package to us. We will refund your payment less shipping charges CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS.
