Shipping Policies We ship from North Carolina. We ship year round via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, 2-3 day delivery, throughout the contiguous United States, and we want to ensure that your product arrives in good condition. During the warmer months, March through September, We STRONGLY recommended you ship via *Next Day Air. If you choose not to ship via the recommended method, Drips and Drizzles cannot guarantee the quality of your shipment upon arrival. When ordering a gift basket between March and September it must be shipped in a reusable styrofoam cooler with a reusable ice pack. If ordering individual pretzels between March and September it must be shipped in a reusable lunch tote with a reusable ice pack, both for an additional charge of $4.00 each. Due to the delicate nature of the chocolate, if the customer chooses not to ship this way, Drips and Drizzles cannot guarantee the shipment will arrive without melting WE SHIP ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, & WEDNESDAYS to avoid having the chocolates sit in a shipping hub over the weekend. Any orders received later than noon on Wednesdays may be postponed for shipping until the following Monday (depending on destination and shipping method chosen)
